Summary of Qualifications / Career Overview

Nick Drew joined Reliability Solutions in 2004 after completing his BSBA degree, earning multiple promotions to Vice President of Operations in 2014.  He has learned the business from the ground up as he moved from tactical to strategic roles. 

Nick’s first position was a Precision / Service Technician apprentice in the Maintenance Division.  Within a year he achieved full Service Technician status and grew his skills to an expert level in the precise alignment of industrial and manufacturing machinery.  He performed inspections, alignments, repairs and installations at client sites, earning a promotion in 2009 to Senior Precision Technician mentoring new employees.   

Nick was promoted again in 2009 to Business Development-Sales managing the repair and logistics for demonstrator equipment used for domestic and international training, assisting with the instructor calendar and directing sales and service for a portfolio of customers. This position fully utilized his background in “Precision Maintenance®”, finance, client relations, customer needs analysis and the Reliability Solutions training program.   After 3+ years of successful performance, Nick was advanced to VP Strategic Marketing. His duties included: developing marketing and advertising programs, building strategic partner relationships, leading day-to-day logistics of the training team, managing the training calendar and maintaining business development for a portfolio of clients. In 2014 Nick was promoted to VP of Operations for Reliability Solutions Training.  He collaborates with senior leadership in the development of strategic plans and directs the implementation.  Nick works closely with sales in the primary focus areas of client care, internal processes and instructor development.  He enjoys using his talents to raise clients’ awareness of the numerous benefits of “Reliable Manufacturing®" and support the delivery of these valuable services.
